New Mac build + Mono notes

I inadvertently linked the v0.5 Mac build against a few non-standard
libraries (DarwinPort versions of some png, tiff, and jpeg libraries).
Please download and try this new build, available at:

I tweaked the build to ensure it runs against OSX 10.2 even though I build
on 10.3. This is an new option in the Mac Defs.in.template in CVS.
Unfortunately, I don't have 10.2 (yet) and can't test. Also, the Mono 1.0
binary build from mono-project.com states it only works on 10.3. According
to http://www.mono-project.com/about/technical.html, Mono should work on
10.2. I have an e-mail into a Mono list about this as they really need to
provide an 10.2-compatible build or update the FAQ if no longer supported. 

Also, I will stop uploading a .tar.gz version of the Mac build. Everyone
seems to download the .dmg version (they were both the same, just different
archive format).
