What rules apply to determine whether libwx-c.calls libwx_gtk2ud_html-2.5.so.2
or libwx_gtk2u_html-2.5.so.2 (Debug or Release Version)? Is this determined
by the setting of WXW_CONFIG at the time of running the executable? Does a
Debug Version of libwx-c call a Debug Version of wxGTK?

Thank you for your help.
