RE: exception handling

Thanks for this idea, but I just tried the UnhandledExceptionEvent and
it did not catch the exception thrown from my event handler (instead,
the thread with the exception was terminated as before). Next I'm going
to try to find a good place within wx.NET to place a generic exception
handler.
