newbie to wx.net needs wxlaunchdefaultbrowser

Hi All:

I am a newbie to wx.net and dotnet, I am building a simple emulator using 
dotnet and wished to use wx.net and sdl.net in it. I decided a needed a new 
class based on wxWidgets wxlaunchdefaultbrowser. I saw no recent development 
on wx.net and decide to try to help out with it. I am a windows user and 
maybe a Linux user in the near future.
