New project wiki and mercurial repository

Hi everyone,

so I've finally setup a wiki for wx.NET at http://wxnet.podgorny.cz. I'm 
going to copy the content from sf pages in the next few days but 
volunteers are welcome, too.

There's also a mercurial repository available at 
http://hg.podgorny.cz/wxnet. For those who haven't still tried 
distributed SCM tools before, give it a shot. Offline operation and 
powerful branching/merging takes development to a whole new level (not 
like the CVS pain).

I realize that there's infrastructure already set up so this seems as a 
duplicate effort but I believe that modernizing the development tools 
(in a way that would allow anonymous/fast contributions) could bring the 
project back to life.

If not, the old pages and CVS are still there so we have nothing to 
lose. Let's give it a shot!
