What alleged defect in CC0 are you claiming to address? "SHOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR DAMAGES YOU MAKE UNDER PERMITTED LAW." seems to be a wish rather than something that is enforceable in law. What is a "permitted law" anyway?
