This license text has numerous issues, including non-ideomatic language, 
the "grant" waiving all rights to *all* intellectual property, whether 
or not it relates at all to the content to which it is attached, and a 
likely non-functional (at least in the USA) disclaimer of liability. 
There are other issues as well.

Although you say you've "tried your best" without the use of a lawyer, I 
think if you want to propose something that has any chance of being 
useable, and approvable, you'd likely need to have the help of a lawyer. 
Waivers/disclaimers of IP rights are quite complex, particularly given 
international laws in that regard, and trying to do this on your own 
isn't likely to result in something functional.
