8.0 Status

Just an update so everyone knows what is going on. First I'll admit I 
got busy for which I apologize but it's paid worked which is good.

The conversion to the new commandline switches are all in CVS. What is 
missing is the updated MAN pages and HOWTO's. The help output is correct.

There are a few "FIXME" comment tags in logwatch.pl were I wanted to 
think about it some more but these areas do not prevent the code from 
working.

The whole splithosts multimail setup has not been reviewed yet. But it 
should be taken apart much like output/format was to figure out the 
least confusing way to express these options.

So other then that we are in good shape. Hopefully I'll get a few hours 
to make another big push on the rest of this before too long.
