Oh and least I forget we need to do something with the cron.daily entry 
from the RPM and the install script. We should probably make a little 
shell script that does what we think to be the right thing and install 
that if possible instead of the symlink

ln -s $BASEDIR/scripts/logwatch.pl /etc/cron.daily/0logwatch
