If you look in the Archives of the Devel list I can tell you that that 
round of patching stopped just before 6/4/2009 so this Subject line

Re: [Logwatch-Devel] Asterisk Test is the first up to be reviewed. Which 
puts me about 4 months back. [See not so bad]
