(This trick works only with packages that use the Apple = Installer, not those that have "drag this app from the DMG to the = Applications Folder" installation, but Parallels v 11 is probably that = old.) When the Installer comes up, within the first couple screens, well = before you hit the "Install" button, you can find a menu entry under = Window that shows you the installation log. Set it to show absolutely = all activity, then re-perform the installation. Print the log, and you = have a list of everything you need to destroy.
