dear all ,i'a new in abaqus 

i would like to modelised soil seabed ( clay) with abaqus 
i have some difficults , someone could help me please 
my question is :

1) the value  of bearing capacity  is the effective stress in abaqus  , or is the pressure of pile ?
 2)  how to defined the porosity of soil  ( to implemente  this porosity with  water )
3) normal water is the same with water seabed ?
 4) how to input the value of shear strength in abaqus ?
5) the load of pile ( bearing capacity of pile ) start when i lauch the pile with a inizial velocity or so when the pile touch the ground
