Regarding difference in results extracted from .fil file of same input file

I am having some awkward problem as follows. I have an input file and I am running it two times in server remotely. The nodal output extracted from the .fil file at the last increment is changing awkwardly and sometimes it is significant (% error - 17%). But if I run the job on my laptop it is fine. I am not getting why the result is being changed every time I rerun it. Please leave your valuable comments. I am badly stuck.
