interaction pile-soils seabed

dear all ,
 i'a new in abaqus 
 

 

 i would like to modelised soil seabed ( clay) with abaqus 
 

 i have some difficults , someone could help me please 
 

 my question is :
 

 

 1) the value  of bearing capacity we obtain in theoretically ,  is the effective stress (underground) in abaqus  or is possible to calculate with F=am (acceleration and mass)
 

 

  2)  how to defined the porosity of soil  ( to implemente  this porosity with  water )
 

 3) how to input the value of shear strength (clay)in abaqus ? 
 is cohesion yield stress 
 4) the load of pile ( bearing capacity of pile ) start when i lauch the pile with a inizial velocity or so when the pile touch the ground  (seabed) 
 5) how to find the resistance of soil in abaqus ?
