Defining free rotation in ABAQUS

Hello All,
 

 I am trying to define free rotation in ABAQUS for a disk by using RP in center and coupling between RP and inner surface. Later i define free rotation around Z-axis in ABAQUS. However, only inner surface has rotation and outer surface has zero amount while i did not define any contraction. Does any one know what is the problem. Thank you in advance
