The 2005 Istanbul Computational Science and Engineering Conference (ICCSE-05)
is the second one of the conference series (Nankai University of China, Istanbul
Technical University of TURKEY, State University of New York (SUNY) of USA) on
Computational Science and Engineering. These conference series aim to gather world's
best minds in parallel computing, Computational mathematics, computational physics,
computational biology, Chemistry, etc., to explore the frontiers of applying
supercomputing to life and physical sciences and engineering.

The program format of each site was thought to be different. The meeting in
China (August 2004, http://www.nku-isc.org) was solely based on the invited
talks. The one in Istanbul is divided into two: Half day for the invited talks
(plenary sessions) and half day for the parallel sessions.

The general topics are but not limited to:
