Robert objects to “Maxima project”. How are we then to refer to Maxima? 
Just “Maxima”?

I agree. But if a single person basically wrote the entire file, I have 
no objection if he puts his name at the top. They deserve the credit. I 
don’t wouldn’t want any contributor adding the their name no matter how 
big or small. (Mostly.)
