This is fine, although I already changed hte headers in some of the new 
files I created. I’ll update them with this version.

IIRC, there was also quite a bit of controversy about what v3 required 
vs v2. I don’t remember the final outcome, but I’m fine with v2, 
especially if we need to hunt down all contributors to get their approval.
