But if developers have to get it and it’s going to be baked in any way, we might as well get it once and include it in the sources. Assuming it’s GPL or compatible in some other way. A quick google search produces https://github.com/sharplispers/chipz, which, I think, is the library I was thinking of. BSD-3 license. Don’t know if works with all the current lisps.
