I ship a file 'licenses.html', installed in the "Start menu" where I link to the licenses and websites of all included software, see https://sourceforge.net/p/maxima/code/ci/master/tree/crosscompile-windows/licenses.html I hope, that's okay, but I am not a lawyer. The other "possibility" would be that the User must install all the Software, where we depend by himself - not really an usable option.
