Some email-list-management platforms support for you
to send an email with a command to the -request@ address,
for example to have specific (archived) emails (re-)delivered,
for example based on ranges of
their list index number, or date header field limit values,
or even on a list of message-ids.

Sending a 'help' command to pari-dev-request@ is a start.
That will tell you to send 'archive help' as your next attempt. :)
