Thanks, after many requests I was able to retrieve Bill's email from 
2020.

I did send commands against
[email protected]

with subject
archive

"ls" first to see that there is a "latest" folder only.
Later different ls commands, like "ls latest/21??".

Finally this email body retrieved Bill's 2020 email:
get latest/2139
quit


But I do not see how I can reply to what I got as response:
