How to set reference temperature?

Dear All, 

I am solving coupled thermo-mechanical problem.
It works well, except I cannot figure out
if it is possible in Tochnog to carry out the 
simulations with non-zero reference temperature?
(By the reference temperature I understand the 
temperature of the body in an undeformed state).

If you could share some hints on the issue I would 
be really grateful.
