Hello, I have got a problem with using an executable Binary in L4. I want several Threads to use it, but I dont know, if thats the right way: I loaded the executable as an additional module in grub, after that the text- data- and bss-segment were relocated by kickstart into the desired memory areas. If I start a thread now with the beginning of the textregion as IP, it works, but instead of the assigned Stack, the Bss-Region is used for that. Another Problem is, after the thread reaches the end of the executable, everything terminates, including the roottask, which isn't supposed to. Did I get something wrong about Loading Programs? How can I get Threads using their individual Stacks and not all the same bss-region? Thanks, Martin -- GRATIS für alle GMX-Mitglieder: Die maxdome Movie-FLAT!
