Hello, world.

Three days of intensive bug tracking resulted in fixing a bad type cast, 
adding back a forgotten mutex unlock (was causing deadlocks), adding a 
forgotten per-connection mutex in BSD mode, corrections of the DNS 
packet resend time calculation algorythm (there was a typo, actually). 
Also, `pobject' was made a template class to simplify working with it.

Generally, it works now.  It doesn't hang, it doesn't crash.  Test 
programs 04 and 05 work fine, I'm quite happy with the result.

Testers are already welcome as this is a fully working version with only 
one exception: rascal_gethost needs to be tested and enabled.
