Now it seems to be fully working.  There is a pair of test modules, 
libtest-send and libtest-wait, which exchange several messages, of both 
notification and response-requiring types.  Seems to work.  The nightly 
script runs this test after rebuilding the source tree, so it should be 
seen here at midnight MSD, if the nightly script does not break.

This means that the infrastructure for other projects (namely F2) is now 
ready for being used.  Everyone thinking of using either rascal or pb is 
welcome to do so more than ever.  I need to prove the sufficience of 
both APIs and the possibility to introduce to wider masses.
