I've never been able to get my KPLs to reprogram for a PLM replacement
without factory resetting them.

All of my devices are I2CS and the normal link, force scan, remove orphans,
force sync fixes everything else but the KPLs. I've got some dimmer and
some relay versions, both don't work.
