I lost a PLM this week after power failure/restoration. Looks like the 
FTDI interface died.

In recovering, I find that I am unable to "Link to Interface") the new 
I2CS KPL, 2234-232
If I do a factory reset on the KPL, I am then able to "Link to 
Interface" and resync Links.

Am I missing another trick?
