[mh] mqtt and Sonoff devices

I've been experimenting with Sonoff devices
(https://sonoff.itead.cc/en/) flashed with the Tasmota firmware
(https://notenoughtech.com/featured/sonoff-tasmota/) to give me some
very cheap mqtt smart switches .

I believe we need to do a little more work on the mqtt interface to
Misterhouse if people are going to start using these in earnest.  We
need to start with the documentation, does anyone have any objection if
I start on this?

Secondly the code needs some tidying, e.g. not having debug hard coded
and flooding the print.log; but supplied by an ini parameter.

Unfortunately my mqtt knowledge isn't that great yet, but I'm sure there
are probably some things we could do cleverer, like heartbeat
monitoring, better failover for mosquitto servers, and tighter mht file
integration instead of CODE snippets.

Is there anyone already working on this?

Giles
