[mh] Perl on Windows 10

I have a working version MH 5.0 with padre-on-strawberry-5.12.3.0 -v4 
(Strawberry Perl for Windows) running on a Windows 10 PC.  I've tried to 
install the latest version of Strawberry Perl  5.30.0.1 64bit but 
Win32::Setupsup has a problem. (compile errors on build). I'd like to 
get the SSL function of the latest version but need the hooks of 
Win32::Setupsup.  Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
