Hi Rick

I'm not removing anything that's already there, (apart from one page I 
found that just contained the word HELLO) if you already know the route 
to the docs you love they will still be there.

I'm also not adding any 'health warnings' at the moment (as I don't feel 
qualified to do that), but perhaps we should for some of the very old 
stuff that isn't maintained any more.
