[mh] Alexa discovery

I made some changes to my alexa config in my .mht file and now alexa has 
all my voice commands mixed up. I have tried to delete all devices on my 
phone and on alexa.amazon.com and on discovery alexa finds devices that 
have been deleted from the .mht file and in some cases 2 of the same 
device. How do I permanently delete all devices from alexa and start over?
