[mh] Samsung SmartThings + MH

My Insteon hub gave up the ghost this week so I'm finally getting around to
integrating my Smartthings into MisterHouse.

I was looking at Bruce's instructions from October 2014.  I created "My
SmartApp" in Smartthings lab and published it.  Then I went to the
Smartthings app on my iphone but it does not have an option to add
SmartApps -- I can add devices, services, scenes, routines, members,
lighting groups or camera groups, but no SmartApps.

Any help is appreciated!
