[mh] error question

I am setting up mh on a new install of ubuntu 20.04 and am seeing this
message:

main::__ANON__("Couldn't start a tcp server on server_mhsend 8084:
IO::Socket"...) called at /opt/mista/mh/bin/mh line 6732

no idea what this but is there chance ufw (fire wall) is causing it?
