Indeed, I'm not sure if anyone noticed that PLMs are now selling for
hundreds of dollars on Ebay.
I'm glad I bought a spare last time, knowing that they die every few
years.
Also, there are people selling a set of capacitors for them and in
theory you can replace the capacitors and fix a PLM that stopped working
ater the 2-3 years they used to last.

I also have some amount of spare switches I bought, which will come in
handy.

My only issue with insteon is that I either have too many devices, or a
weird configuration where I can't get MH to resync with my deployed
setup and do a sync all links and delete orphans :-/

Like others, I have may hours (100h+ for me) in the code that runs my
house, so I'm not looking at swiching, but if I ever move, I'll have to
start with something new.
