[mh] misterhouse not starting

Sorry ask but I am now running in circles.
ubuntu 22.04
dell precision t-7600

I am reconstructing MH after a lost system and I've retrieve the 
directory from a back up system but....
when started from by systemctl this is the out put.

Do I need Apache running or does MH handle its own web files?

I've read and reread the sourceforge tutorials but its been 17 since I 
set this up and I've moved it thru a number of computer but I am just 
getting to old to remember a lot of the settings.
