I believe that we now have enough of the basic anatomy charcoaled in
to begin fleshing out a live Example, one that SA and I made up from
the sources of the health science education and research domain that
we were both working in from different perspectives at the time, and
though it was made up for the sake of being both concrete and simple,
the character of the Example is a not altogether unrealistic fiction.

The 'Aphorisms' of Hippocrates is a medical knowledge base,
circa 400 BC, that is formed of empirical rules like these:

| 2.1.   A disease in which sleep causes distress is a deadly one;
|        but if sleep is beneficial, the disease is not deadly.
|
| 2.33.  In every disease it is a good sign when the patient's intellect
|        is sound and he enjoys his food;  the opposite is a bad sign.
|
| 4.37.  Cold sweats, occurring with high fever, indicate death;
|        with a milder fever they indicate a protracted disease.
|
| 4.42.  Copious sweat, hot or cold, continually running,
|        indicates, when cold, a more serious disease,
|        and when hot, a less serious one.
|
| 6.53.  Delirium with laughter is less dangerous,
|        combined with seriousness it is more so.
