Dear Jon,

Just to be clear, I'm jumping the gun a bit here. I think
we would need some sort of approval to do this (such as the
policy I've been working on would convey).

But with such approval I would envisage that a member would 
create their own web site - a directory with an index.html 
page in it, zip it, send it to me, and I would put it up, 
and make a link to it from the "members" page. You could 
then reference it in emails etc. Obviously there would be
some restrictions on content - like it is about ontology
in a broad sense, and not advertising etc.

So you would be able to use whatever tools you chose.
