Protege 2.1 Beta update (build 227)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site: 
http://protege.stanford.edu/download/prerelease/index.html

** PLEASE NOTE: This is a candidate build for the 2.1 release.  If no 
serious problems are reported with this build, we will release at the end 
of next week.

Changes

1. Changed the "Import" menu item text to be more descriptive.

2. Included the OWL Wizard plug-in in the installation package.
