Protege 2.1 Beta update (build 225)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site:

Changes

1. By popular demand, the "Custom" choice in the installer now allows you 
to pick individual packages rather than entire groups.

2. Removed "projects" from the standard distribution.

3. Removed the User's Guide and Tutorial from the standard distribution. 
The Help items now go to our Web site.

4. Removed bolding from fonts in the Metal UI.

5. Added the capability for arbitrary frames to be marked hidden with the API.

6. Removed the "suitable" combo box from the Tab Configuration dialog.

7. Fixed a problem with the plug-in dependency mechanism that caused 
dependent plug-ins to behave erratically.

8. Fixed a problem that caused the "Project Load Error" window to hide 
behind the application window.

9. Removed some unnecessary debugging trace messages.
