Protege 2.1 Beta update (build 219)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site: 
http://protege.stanford.edu/download/prerelease/index.html

In response to many requests from our user community, our install program 
now provides the option of installing selected plug-ins in addition to the 
base Protege system.  If you think any plug-ins are missing, please let us 
know.  There will probably be several beta builds next week as we work out 
the bugs in our plug-in packaging scheme.


Changes
-------------
1. Configuring tabs no longer causes all tabs to be regenerated.

2. The Instances tab and the "Pick Instances" dialog now allow you to 
select between showing all instances or only direct instances when a class 
is selected.

3. Cleaned up the display of the "Configure Tabs" panel.

4. Fixed problem with the RDF Back-end failing sometimes with metaclasses.

5. The Instances tab now displays sorted instances.
