Protege 3.0 Beta update (build 89)

Changes

1. You can now specify a "Default-Widget-For-Slot" manifest entry to get a 
widget assigned to a slot of a particular name by default.  This entry has 
been used on all of the system slot widgets (such as InstanceNameWidget) to 
get the correct widgets assigned.  It can of course also be used for user 
slots.

2. Improved error reporting/logging of caught exceptions.

3. Reverted to the font from previous betas to fix a problem with missing 
mathematical symbol glyphs.

4. Darkened the class and instance selection colors so they show up a bit 
better.

5. Fixed some problems with subslots and their domains not working as expected.

6. Incorporated a fix to the FloatField widget. Thanks go to Marc Dzaebel 
for providing this fix.

7. Fixed (?) a problem with About Box contents sometimes not showing up.

8. Fixed a problem that caused buttons to disappear when the label text was 
too long.

9. Label text that is too long to show up completely now appears as a 
tooltip on the label.

10. Modified the Journal file output format to make more sense.

11. Running Protege as an Applet now works again.
