WebProtege isntallation on Windows 7

I tried to install webprotege on my computer, and followed instruction in the page:  http://protegewiki.stanford.edu/wiki/WebProtegeAdminGuide.

But I failed to install Apache Tomcat in following this direction: http://www.coreservlets.com/Apache-Tomcat-Tutorial/tomcat-7-with-eclipse.html. I stuck at step 5: tell eclipse about Tomcat. Everything works before step 5, but when I "start" Tomcat server, there is no web browser pops up, the message given as follows:
