Hello, Thank you, Igor, for your advice. That is what I am doing, and it is still possible to save the image of a completed ontotgraph, if not the .graph file itself. I am wondering what is "UI" for in your message? What do you mean by "main functionality" ? I attache the error message behind the red triange, after trying to re-open the graph saved on the "Total" instance" of "Code activité économique CITI" class. What does "queue" means" in this message ? It seems to be related to the OntoGraph functionnality. Could it be corrected in a new release of Protégé desktop ?
