There are various bugs manifesting in the UI quite frequently. Most of them do not disrupt the main functionality. Click on the red triangle to see the bug message. After closing the message box the red triangle disappears.

I don't use OntoGraph much but a couple of thoughts:

1) I didn't see what the error message was (but I can see there is one by the red triangle in the lower right corner). You might want to do Window>Show Log (about 3rd item from the bottom). That will show the log and the error message and you can send a screen shot of that. That will help debug the problem.

2) I notice you didn't run the reasoner in any of those screen captures. I doubt that will fix the problem but just wanted to point out make sure you do that. Especially for new users it is a good idea to run the reasoner often. I recommend after every change that could have some impact on the logic. If you have one error the reasoner can usually point you right to it (sometimes the messages are a bit cryptic if you aren't used to reading them but people on this list can help with that) but if you have say 5 or more errors the reasoner often can't give much more info than that the ontology is inconsistent.
