Maybe you should have read Qmail's documentation (paying special attention to the "WILDCARD ASSIGNMENTS" section of the qmail-users manpage) before posting such a message. qconfirm creates confirmation addresses on the fly. For example, for your [email protected] it would create a file called /var/qmail/DOMAINS/domain1/user1/.qmail-qconfirm-[key] whenever that user receives an email. If that user account had been created as a wildcard address (in your Qmail's users/assign), then qconfirm would be able to catch the confirmation email and do its work. Since your users aren't configured as wildcard addresses, any incoming email that doesn't exactly match any of the existing users is bounced by Qmail.
