At the same time qconfirm controls delivery to a local mailbox, it also
advertises to use different addresses for the envelope from and the
From: header.  So I don't think it makes much sense to automatically
accept mail (envelope) from the public address you send mail to.  The
followup's envelope from should be another address anyway.  qconfirm
does much better with using Message-ID, References, and In-Reply-To to
detect conversations.

I take this that your previous problem is solved.  qconfirm-inject is a
wrapper around qmail-inject to be used to inject mail just like through
qmail-inject, see its man page.
