alternative break prompting

Greetings. I've been using your program and I really like it. Thank you. I
would like to suggest an option that I think could be useful. It is
alternative "break prompting"

Instead of annoying jumping window, which confuses work with active
elements, I would suggest to use a reduction in brightness.

When the brightness is reduced, I realize that I need  a micro-pause. If I
continue to work, the option could be more annoying and reduce the
brightness even more.

And even possible to completely turn off the monitor for the duration of
the micro-pause. This proposal is due to the fact that sometimes I look at
the monitor while waiting for finishing the micro-pause.
