A timer will automatically reset if you are idle for at least the 'break 
duration' of that timer. If the restbreak has a larger break duration than the 
microbreak, the microbreak will reset during the restbreak (because you are 
idle during the restbreak).

Furthermore, If a restbreak is due withing (i think) 30 seconds after a 
microbreak, Workrave will skip the microbreak and give a restbreak instead.
So you will not get a restbreak immediately after a microbreak.

How long are you microbreak? Normally your microbreak will reset during the 5 
minute restbreak.
