Workrave is also a Microsoft application so hence the tight coupling of config. It would probably up
to the Ubuntu guys. But it could be a general design direction of workrave as a GTK application on
Linux. Maybe it's time to split the build off for tighter Linux integration such sound/volume.

This is brilliant. Workrave currently only supports wavs, but it could be extended to support mp3,
even a system command (for video) or on linux only a dbus notification (activate screensaver for
example)!

Perhaps a switch for under options on both microbreak restbrake tabs under options
[quiet/skip/postpone] [fist/second/third...] [micropause/rest break] per [restbreak/work day]
